A period of time during which a person refrains from using electronic devices such as smartphones or computers, regarded as an opportunity to reduce stress or focus on social interaction in the physical world.
In a day we are surrounded by digital almost the whole day. The year, 2020 is the year when we all have used the digitals a lot, including the children and even babies. It's not only about using the computer or the smartphone. But it is involved so much in our life such as the small devices, security system, or even the household gadgets.
Even if you turned off your Wi-Fi and keep your phone on airplane mode, still you are affecting yourself by your neighbor’s network.
Let's see some of the harms of our digital lifestyle:
Increase anxiety and stress. Feeding own self unwanted information. Memory loss and less function for the brain as all information is available on the tip of the fingers. Less time for the family as constant busy on unlimited use of wifi. We all aware of the physical harm but it has created more mental harm such as stress and depression. You can add your list!

Practice keeping your phone sometimes away from you.
Tuned off the notification of chats such as Whatsapp, Facebook, youtube, etc. so you are less tempted to check your phone.
Keep the phone off on airplane more at night.
Keep it away during your mealtime.
Refrain to use it while you are spending time with your friends and family.
If you are meeting someone or visiting someone don’t keep surfing on phone continuously. I have seen some people who are constant on their phones or they just turn on the television! Why! I just fail to understand!
Spend some time walking in the woods, keep the phone with you but turn off the network or possibly keep on airplane mode.
