Are there any REAL benefits in Carbonated Drinks?

Have you ever read the ingredients of any carbonated drinks? Today, let's solely focus on the ginger flavored carbonated drinks. You will be surprised to learn that there is almost no ginger in carbonated ginger flavored drinks. The fizzy fun of golden liquid has next to no real ginger in it!

Ginger flavored drinks are commonly consumed as a quick remedy for digestion or to reduce the feeling of a heavy stomach after a big meal, etc.

When you get the chance to check the nutritional label on any such drinks, you will find ingredients like high fructose corn syrup, carbonated water, citric acid, malic acid, sodium citrate, preservatives like sodium benzoate, calcium disodium EDTA, artificial colors labelled as "Natural color", etc.

You will notice that there is no mention of ginger. Don't damage your stomach and your health by drinking immediate relief drinks that are immensly falsified by modern media. Stick to the basics that have a long proven track record.

Some natural remedies:

  • For Nausea: slice a thin piece of ginger, squeeze some lime juice, and sprinkle a dash of salt. Chew it!

  • Add one teaspoon of grated ginger and lime juice each to each cup of water. For extra flavor, add mint. To make it sweet, add good quality honey as desired!

In short, instead of spending a quick buck for quick relief, make it yourself at home.
